Story
As we mentioned before, FireRed’s story is pretty much exactly as it is in the original. There are a few minor changes and additions, but you wouldn’t notice them all that much.

Characteristics
While the story is the same, the game shines with its features. First off, the game has received a graphical update that makes it look like Pokemon Black and White.
We’re not just talking about the character sprites here, but also the combat animations that come with backgrounds. The user interface is also similar to those games, so a complete visual makeover.
